Every morning, ParentVox sends your mother or father a warm WhatsApp voice note in their own language. We listen to their reply, send you a short update, and alert you immediately if something is wrong.
No app to install for your parents. Works on WhatsApp.
How it works
Nothing to install for your parents. Everything happens on WhatsApp.
You fill one form
Your parent's language, medicines, health and two emergency contacts. Takes 5 minutes.
We check in every morning
A warm voice note in their language, plus simple buttons for medicines and help.
You get a daily update
Sleep, medicines, mood and anything unusual, in a short WhatsApp message.
Instant alerts if needed
Falls, pain or no reply? We alert you, then your contacts, until someone responds.
Built so no emergency is missed
ParentVox is a companion, not a medical service. In any emergency, always call 112 first.
- Every reply is checked for danger signs by AI and a keyword safety net.
- Urgent alerts go to you, then your emergency contacts, until someone replies "OK".
- Our team is notified of every urgent alert during the beta.
- Your parent can reply STOP at any time.
Everything your parent needs, nothing they have to learn
One WhatsApp chat that looks after them every day and keeps you in the loop.
Voice notes in their language
A warm morning check-in as a WhatsApp voice note. They can reply by speaking. No typing needed.
Medicine check
Simple “Taken / Not yet” buttons for each medicine time. A missed critical medicine is flagged to you.
Daily summary for you
Every evening at 7 PM your time: mood, sleep, medicines and anything unusual, in one short message.
Instant alerts
A fall, chest pain or “I need help” alerts you right away, then your emergency contacts until someone responds.
No reply? We notice
If your parent hasn't answered 4 hours after the morning check-in, we let you know.
Remembers what matters
A grandchild's visit, a sore knee, a favourite programme. Every chat builds on the last one.
Passes messages to you
If your parent says “tell my son to call me”, we forward it to you immediately.
Nothing to install
Works on the WhatsApp they already use. No new app, no login, no new phone.

Questions families ask
Can't find your answer? Write to us at jai@parentvox.in.
Does my parent need a smartphone?
They need WhatsApp on their phone. They only have to listen to voice notes and tap a button or send a voice reply. No typing, no new app.
What happens if they don't reply?
If there is no reply 4 hours after the morning check-in, we send you an alert so you can call them.
Is ParentVox a medical or emergency service?
No. ParentVox is a daily companion and check-in service. It does not give medical advice, and alerts depend on WhatsApp and network availability. In any emergency, always call 112 first.
Which languages are supported?
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia. The check-ins, voice notes and replies are all in your parent's chosen language.
Does my parent have to agree?
Yes. Before any daily message, we ask your parent for permission on WhatsApp. They can reply STOP at any time, and we tell you if they do. Emergency contacts also have to accept before we ever message them.
Can I add both my parents?
Yes. Sign up again with the same WhatsApp number and add your other parent. Each parent gets their own check-ins, and you get updates for both.
Who can see the conversations?
You get the summaries and alerts. Access to the full history is limited to authorised ParentVox staff, to keep the service safe. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How much does it cost?
You can start free for 2 weeks. No payment details are needed to sign up.
Start caring from wherever you are
Five minutes to set up. Once your parent says yes, their first check-in arrives the next morning.
